I Laurence Toole of N. Carolina in Edgecomb County, being sick of body but of perfect mind and memory (thanks be to God) make this my last will and testament

I lend to my dearly beloved wife Sabra Toole during her life the benefits of the Plantation where on I now live with all the stock of cattle, hogs, sheep, horses with all my household goods of any kind whatsoever, I lend her the labour of Negroe Catoe, Negroe Serina and Negroe Ben during her life

I give and bequeath unto my Son Laurence Toole and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten Negroes Groland ? and the Plantation I now live on after my wife is deceased. Also Negroe Catoe Negro Serina after my wife is deceased.

Item I give and bequeath to my son Henry Irwin Toole and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten the Plantation I bought of Richason, also Negroe London Negro Cosar

I give and bequeath to my son Geraldus Toole the Plantation I bought of Pollypool, Negroe Pollydore, Negroe Hampton and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth O'Bryan the money Negroe Samuel sold for and the money Samuel(?) Mackmanus owes, when received.

I give my Daughter Ann Toole and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten Negroe Morbella.

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Toole and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten Negroe Hanah.

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sabra Toole and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten Negore Philus.

My will and desire is that my stock of cattle, hogs, horses shall be equally divided between my three sons after my wife is deceased.

I appoint and constitute my wife Sabra Toole, my son Laurence Toole and Geraldus O'Bryan executors of my last will and testament my will and desire is that no court shall have any concern with this my last will and testament in witness where of I set my hand and seal this ?
