Estate Settlement of Edward Toole, Sr.

Bertie County June the 10th 1772

Pursuant to the order of Court to us ? and agreeable to the will of the deceased we the subscribers after being first sworn have pursued to divide the Estate of Edward Toole deceased which division we make and find in the following manner and form that is to say to Mary Toole widow of ye deceased for her part and share of the Estate eight head of cattle and six hogs and all that was left of her former husbands Estate and the land and plantation during her Life and the corn and meat that is in the House and one trunk. To Geraldus Toole for his part and share of the Estate thirty two pounds six shillings and five pence halfe penny proclamation money. To Jonathan Toole for his part and share of the Estate one tract of land one cow and calfe one feather bed and twelve pounds nine shillings and tow pence halfe penny.

To David Toole for his part and share of the Estate the Land and plantation where the said Mary Toole now lives after the death of the said Mary Toole and twelve pounds nine shillings and tow pence halfe penny proclamation money.

To Edward Toole Joseph Turner and Isaac Toole, each for their parts and shares of the Estate twelve pounds nine shillings and two pence halfe penny.
